Oatka Creek Park • March 18

American Robin. The robins are definitely moving through the park this week.

Canada Geese. The Canada Geese only drop by the creek during the peak of their spring and fall migrations, and then only in numbers of two or three. Their large flocks are currently crossing the skies over the park, seemingly nonstop.

Bufflehead. This duck seems to have taken a liking to the creek and shows no interest in moving on.

White-tailed Deer. The deer are getting bolder about coming out in full daylight, now. Probably because it is late in the winter and they are hungry.
