Oatka Creek Park • April 2

Eastern Bluebird. April 2nd and winter just does not want to leave! In the depressing April snow, I found a pair of bluebirds foraging for food. This is the male.

Eastern Bluebird. This is the female of the pair.

Eastern Bluebird. The male was keeping watch on me as the female feed below. Clearly they will be a nesting pair once the spring finally decides to arrive!
