Oatka Creek Park • December 6

Oatka Creek Park, Monroe, US-NY
Dec 6, 2011 2:07 PM - 4:00 PM
Protocol: Traveling

Comments:     It was a cloudy and misty 38F late afternoon birding hike in Oatka today. It was a very quiet afternoon for birding as the dampness in the air and the overall gloom kept most birds concealed. A small pocket of cardinals and White-throated Sparrows briefly popped up along Warbler Loop and then returned to hiding to provide a bit of activity. The creek was quiet with only a few Golden-crowned Kinglets and a Red-tail Hawk.
