Oatka Creek Park • March 11

It was a windy and snowy, 37F sunset birding hike in Oatka today. Birds were largely nonexistent and probably sheltering from the elements. The creek continues to be high and the current strong with parts of Trout Run Trail flooded. I went mainly to see if the Killdeer were passing through Oatka yet, but never got as far a Maple Hill which is usually where I find them during migration. Too much snow! :-)
